AR builder, chime in!
Finally, I started put together my long range AR type zombie killer today. I had lower since Feb, just sort of put it away as I had no idea at the time what I wanted to build.
I mean all I got is DPMS lower kit, and Anvil arm's engraved lower, but every build have to start from somewhere, right?
I've ordered Tapco A2 buttstock today, and that should be in next week sometimes. Hopefully by the time my local range reopens(closed for lead decontamination until end of this month)
with that being said, did I organised lower parts together right?

Looks good from here! Make sure your disconnector spring goes in the correct way .. only tricky thing other than getting the FREAKING front takedown spring and detent in without it rocketing across the room.
I bought a clevis pin at Sears Hardware for a buck and it works perfectly.. same dimensions as takedown pin except it has holes in it.
Trust me ..... it's worth the trip.

Looks perfect.....I second that caution on the disconector spring..remember larger end goes down close to the trigger..

Re: AR builder, chime in!
The d/c spring is what tripped me up too (for all of 20 seconds) I was trying to use it for the bolt catch plunger spring.
other than that, looks good!
I had an anvil and a dpms kit too. Good luck with your trig guard roll pin. Mine was tight as hell!
I notice that my hammer pin hole on the right is just a hair bigger than the left sight and it walks a tiny bit over, but doesnt harm functionality at all.

Re: AR builder, chime in!
Its all done(after sweating with couple of roll pin... trigger guard roll pin and front takedown lever detend were royal PITA!).
All except buffer retainer, and rear takedown pin detent and spring(can't do those until I get my stock - or at least buffer tube..)
Should have had the rest of things - upper assembly, and bolts - because I'm now I'm dying to finish this thing up!
Next to her safemate..
what the i'm hoping for the end product to look like(minus the railed handguard)
I want the Magpul PRS stock, but I can't squeez the $$$ right now, but eventualy, i'll get them!

I called it!
I used a razorblad to hold down the pivot pin detent while I slid the pin in, worked like a charm and took maybe 45 seconds.
Just a tip for anyone else reading!

BTW, does it matter which way trigger and hammer pin goes?

Re: AR builder, chime in!
No.
As long as you have not done any of the spring modifications to make the trigger pull lighter.
A leg of the hammer spring rest on a notch, and there is a small notch in the center of the hammer pin hole that keeps the pin from coming out.
If you had to use a little bit of force to get the hammer holes lined up you know you put the hammer spring on correctly
