quick concealed carry question
I am trying to get my LTCF in January when I turn 21.
I was convicted of a few misdemeanors a year and a half ago (4x receiving stolen property, criminal mischief... long, funny story... dont ask)
My record will be exponged in december.
This wont affect my ability to get the license, right?

Re: quick concealed carry question
If any of these offenses carried the potential for more than one year in jail (regardless of what the sentence actually was), you should be prepared to show documented proof of the expungement. It's not unusual for such matters to not happen when they are supposed to or to pop up long after they should have been 'taken care of'. Head the potential problem off at the pass, and don't apply for your LTCF until you're sure.
