Default Bucks County NFA - Resolved

Has anyone had any success with NFA in Bucks County?

I'm just wondering if the county sheriff is the way to go with the sign off.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Why not post how it was resolved? Others may benefit.

    Sorry.

I just did a quick forum search and saw that the Bucks County sheriff was fine with signing the forms.

You just have to make an appointment.

I should have searched before posting.

He will want to see that you have a current PA LTCF, and have passed their customary background checks.

I didn't have a LTCF when I went - all I did was make an appointment, showed up, waited, and then someone took my form 1, took it back to the Sherriff's office room - 5 minutes later someone brought it back out to me, signed.

It was easy as pie. Didn't need a LTCF for the signature.

They didn't ask to see my ltcf. Only issue I had is I hadn't attached a passport photo to the form 4 when I brought it in to my appointment. They sent me to the drug store for the photo, came right back and had it signed no problem

That's weird. I have had to show my LTCF every time I have gone to the Sheriff to get his signature. Last time I was there was May of last year.
