HB 1091 (no unlicensed open carry in Phili)
I see this has been laid on the lable. Would this make it time now to contact our house reps and advise them to vote it down?

You already need a license to open carry in Philadelphia as it is a city of the first class. The intent of this bill was to strengthen sentences and make them mandatory.

Pennsylvania shouldn't be subjugating Philly to a different standard of rights or privileges. All rights, privileges, and immunities to all those within a state needs to be equal. 6108 is already blatantly unconstitutional via the 14th Amendment Section 1, this bill only compounds the problem.
