I saw this from Toomey...

"At a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing this week, Senator Bob Casey and I introduced Cheryl Ann Krause as a nominee to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, which includes Pennsylvania. President Obama nominated Ms. Krause to the Third Circuit bench last month.

According to campaign records, she is a registered Democrat and liberal who has donated over 14,000 dollars of her own money, to campaigns for Spectre, Schwartz, and Obama (twice). Just what we need, a liberal Democratic white collar defense attorney turned Judge who supports gun control and Obamacare.

You can guarantee that she will be counted on to be being against guns, voter ID (which has already been approved by the Supreme Court) and anything else that is upright, decent and goes with the traditional beliefs of good people.

Since 2003, she has regularly taught courses at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she founded and leads an appellate litigation externship program. She also founded the Philadelphia Project in 2011, a partnership between Dechert LLP and the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia to improve the quality of education for children with disabilities.
