figure this wouldnt go through due to the different standards.. as the article mentions. funny how different states dont have different standards for the freedom of speech or practice of religion, or seaches, etc. the constitution and case law has created the national standard. the same should be the case for the 'right to bear arms'. unfortunately, for some reason, its not.
