AFAIK it hasn't been overturned but it was claimed they will not enforce it.

This understanding stems back to the rally Viper organized that started and ended in parks.

You know the state law. OC, CC, or LGC if you wish, where you wish. I have not heard of any instances where that unlawful ordinance was enforced.

I own a couple guns and you know what, I'd call 911 if I saw someone displaying a gun in an aggressive manner like open carrying. Think about it, I don't know you or your intensions.

We don't want to give the government any more reasons to take away our rights. Especially when someone is trying to come off as a bad ass or wants to play cops and robbers.

I don't open carry as a personal preference, but there is a distinct difference between "displaying a gun in an aggressive manner" and simply not concealing it.
