This ammo is neither consistent nor accurate. Velocities from 3200-3850 FPS in same box. about 5" groups at 50 yards. moving so fast, it would be very destructive to soft tissue to shallow depths.

I know .22LR can still be hard to find at decent prices, but it still gotta be more cost effective than a .308...regardless of variation or loading. That's a lot of change to send down the barrel on a miss...for a rabbit.

the fact is there is no great choice in a FACTORY load for small game in 308. I get 2" groups with it at 50yd out of my custom mauser
