    the 6900 is a stripped down no frills AR15, no forward assist, no dust cover, i don't think it comes with sites, metal forearm with 3 or 4 bolt on 3" rails. not a bad gun for a beginner but not something i'd buy because you can get a rock river or stag at the same price with more features. i guess the 6900 is Colt's answer to the SW M&P sport.
