    Default Shipping a firearm

    Looking for a FFL in Berks county to ship a firearm .

    I have receiving ffl info in hand.

    You could just ship it yourself, just make sure the receiving FFL doesn't have a problem with it and what documentation they want from you, such as a copy of your DL.

    A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by a common or contract carrier to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm.

    I agree with post #2 (CharlieM). If you need an outgoing ffl call Rob.

    I have one inbound now to him. The business if called Firearms Solutions.

    The above info is correct.

    He is on 724 between the bypass and Gibraltar.

    Yep, always find it easier and cheaper to ship self using UPS or Fedex....if using USPS it must go overnight
