wait time for ltcf in northampton county

I'm on day 48. I just called, they looked me up, told me there was nothing in my file that will prevent it from being issued, but it hasn't been issued yet. It hasn't been mailed so I should rest assured it wasn't lost in the mail. Thing is, they're over 45 days and he couldn't answer when it would be issues and mailed.

I suggest you mention that they are over 45 days nicely of course and ask when specificaly you may come pick it up. (Nicely of course)
