Smile Remington 22 Thunderbolts Opinions Needed

Got myself a deal on this ammo from a hoarder whose wife had a fit when she said you have too much ammo, well thats not my thinking but I got a deal on 20 bricks and as I not been able to shoot any I was wondering how good and is it finicky in some semi-autos,pistols and rifles alike ? T Y for any input you may offer. MDT

It's not the best and you may have issues. In my Sig conversion kit, I sometimes have to do a couple strikes before one will pop. In my 10/22 they usually work fine as well but with the occasional failure to fire.

I'm not saying it's garbage, but it's definitely not CCI quality. it's better than no 22 at all I suppose.

Garbage, in fact dangerous and needs to be disposed of properly ASAP. Being the kind person I am send them to me and you can rest easy.
Have used them in the past and have had similar experience with their value packs. Overall worked ok but every once in awhile I noticed the report to be less indicating to me a weaker load. Some minor ejection hassles led me to also think weaker round. Can't recall a failure.
It ain't what they call you, it's what you answer to.

I was just going to edit my original post to say that they also seem to be low powered. In my Sig conversion kit I tend to have ejection issues from them not having enough power to fully cycle the slide.

You could be in worse shape, they could have been Winchester.

The S&W MP 15/22 I recently bought recommends NOT using them.

I am sure it all depends what you plan using them in.

Of all the brands of .22's this one has been the worst in my Browning Buckmark. Lots of mis fires.

Shoots just fine in my 10/22 and my Nylon 66. Seems to maybe be a little dirtier than some other brands.

Shoots fine in Marlin 60 and 80, and Ruger Single Six.
