Is it legal to OC on a Waverunner?

Hell, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Is there a horse out there that can be beaten any deader than the "Where/How/How many can I OC" horse?

Sorry if this offends anyone, but OMG, my head is going to explode!

Answer/discuss the question posed in the title of this thread if you wish, I really have no need to know. I just needed to vent a little.

Is it legal to OC on a John Deere lawn tractor while mowing the lawn that is next door to a daycare center that's run by Soccer Mom's in the basement of the Post Office that's across the street from the mayor's house during his next door neighbor's yard sale???? LOL =)

I've always wondered about roller blades, ice skates, bobsleigh, stilts, skateboards, romper stompers, moon shoes, hand-gliders, scuba suites (with a Glock Mariner, of course) and of course wondered about parachutes (hey, you don't always know where you are going to land while sky diving).
