Threw away the flank steaks, tongue, heart, and liver. He might be fast but very wasteful.
Not going to mention the brains, eyes, kidneys, or stomach as food as most people don't eat these parts.

1. I definitely don't want to get into a knife fight with him.
2. Dear lord, that takes me at least an hour.
CL, Do you really eat all that stuff? I don't even know anybody who eats the heart or liver. If you don't mind me asking how do you prepare what most of us toss out or leave in the field?
