    at this point, after the storm and power outages...


    I collect things like food, water, things I need to live day to day if the power goes out. I'm way past ammo and guns.

    I reload and thus stockpile lead round nose. It's good for target, could be useful for hunting, and unlike hollow point rounds will reliably feed in 99.99% of firearms. A lot of pistols can be ammo sensitive when it comes to JHPs.

    I stockpile my reloads for personal SHTF use as well as to barter in a SHTF situation.

    I stockpile FMJ due to cost and availability.


    I keep about 100 rounds of JHP .40 around to rotate through my carry gun.
