This is not Russia! If you go to the Pennsylvania Open Carry Site you will see that you only need a valid drivers licence. You do not however want to get out of control like yelling at anyone or starting a fight. If you get questioned by the police is it always good to print out the open carry page from the Pa site. I was in Sheetz the other day and there was a stste police officer behind me. The girl that was checking me out asked me why I carry'd a gun. I said " It is to protect myself and my family from harm" The State Police Officer said " Good answer, did you just make it up?" and I told him I got it off the pennsylvania Open Carry page. Don't believe me though, call your local PA State Police Barracks and check out the site.
I appoligize. I reviewed the site again and a carry licence is required. Again I appologize. I hate misinformation and now I am guilty.

Again I appologize. I have a bust practice and keeping up with new drugs and insurance rules and regulations and continuing education keeps me from less important items. You all have to admit that laws change frequently. Although I have not recieved a new disc from BATFE in a while, and thats a relief.

To clarrify, a LTCF is required for OC during a declared state of emergency, in Philadelphia, in a federal gun free school zone, and in a vehicle. If I missed anything somebody else will chime in.

I don't see any conflicts there. Bill of Rights regulates relationships between citizen and the State. It's not applicable to private property (i.e. citizen to citizen). Period.
    Je suis déplorable
