Picked up new glock 30s today

Hi guys. I purchased a Glock 30s today and wanted some recommendations on grips and night sites. I definitely would like to add night sites to my 30s as well as grips. Price really isn't an issue. I would like to add nothing but the best. Just wondering what you guys recommend or don't recommend. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you mean by "a pair of grips" on a glock. Grip tape?

For night sights I like trijicon. All of my glocks have them, my 17 has trijicon HDs and they are awesome.

I think they are sourced to Trijicon (not 100% on that.) I ended up pairing a front Glock sight with plain black Novak rear sights on my other Glock 19. It's fine, but I think the Trijicon "bright and tough" is a shade brighter.

BTW, if you're thinking of Novak sights, your best bet is to just send the slide to Novak and have them install the rear. I made the mistake of trying to have someone local do it -- almost no one wanted to, and the one guy who agreed to do it almost damaged the sight installing it. http://novaksights.com/products/sights/index.html (ETA: I don't recommend the front blade sight sold by Novak.)

+1 for trijicons, I have them on all my Glocks. You can get them from ebay fo less than $100. The other option are the tru dots but they are only a couple bucks cheaper than trijicons, not worth it IMO.
