The power of sarcasm
Young man proposes to the Ashland Oregon council that they ban power tools, kitchen knives, medications, and other "dangerous items" to "insure the safety of our children".
He's slamming a proposed "gun safety" regulation. Maybe we should try it too?

This man is lucky enough to live here, but to have come from a society where real freedom doesn't exist, so he can more clearly see when it's being taken away.

This guy is my hero. Same thoughts as me but a much more confident speaker.
Stupid kills. (But not often enough to make a real improvement.)

Loved it! But the sad thing is that some people were watching that thinking he was serious. The gears are turning in their heads going "hmm he has a point…knives are sharp OMG!"
