Identification help
Hello all,
I just received a pistol that I'm told my grandfather carried in WW2. It has several markings with which I am not familiar. Also, I'd like to purchase a second magazine, but before I can do that I need help Identifying the weapon.
It has "pistol automatic cal 635" on the slide and a serial number of 3469. attached are photos.
Any help would be much appreciated.Last edited by MrCelery; February 4th, 2014 at 10:21 AM.

Re: Identification help
I have no idea but I can almost guarantee you are going to get slammed for calling it a "clip". It is a magazine not a clip.

Would you know where I can find parts and/or parts list for this weapon?

Re: Identification help
This seems to be a rather obscure little pistol. I can't find much of anything for it. A lot of Spanish companies made these, they were knock offs of similar Colt, browning and FN pistols. The problem is parts interchangeability between them is slim to non existent. The good news is that they are relatively inexpensive guns, usually around $100. With this in mind, locating (your biggest challenge) and buying another one may be your best option for a source of parts.
I'm sure you know this, but if not. The 6.35mm is more commonly known as a .25 ACP on this side of the pond.

Re: Identification help
Here's a sight that lists Magazines for Modesto Santos .25
http://www.gun-parts.com/magazines2/
Triple K lists them as well.

Re: Identification help
Good find.
I should have thought about triple K. My friend was on a similar quest with a similar Bufalo pistol last year. It had a broken firing pin and wrong magazine. He had to have a gunsmith make a new firing pin for it after a long search for an original.
Although he has not shot it a lot, the triple K magazine has performed flawlessly so far.
