There's an exception under both statutes (18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6106, and § 6108), for:
"Agents, messengers and other employees of common carriers, banks, or business firms, whose duties require them to protect moneys, valuables and other property in the discharge of such duties."Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

I don't think 235 allows you to carry outside of work and to and from work.
You need a ltcf to oc or cc in Philly, and I'm thinking 235 doesn't cover you....not sure.
Other in the know will chime in.FUCK BIDEN

So cops can roll up while you're standing on your OWN porch and frisk/arrest you? If I/you backed up into the house, their next move was to kick the door in?
Something sounds like "violation" here.

He said he was on/in his own property (on his porch) when they rousted him, not on public property or in his front yard. Something sounds odd about this.
Also didn't state what the charges were.

"vufa-no License and vufa-on the streets"
I am guessing "vufa" is violation uniformed firearms act?

Re: MY PROBLEM I NEED ANSWERS TOO PLEASE HELP
I understand it to be violation of the uniform firearms act by having a concealed firearm without LTCF, and violation of the uniform firearms act...on the streets. The first is pretty clear. The second...sounds like cops have witnesses that he was on the street/sidewalk in essence open carrying or gun in sight. The police coming directly for him sounds like they had information specifically about him, such as his being the shooter, or "man with gun".
