I have heard from several different dealers that forms are taking anywhere from 12-15 months. I wanted to do a AOW Shotgun, but I am not gonna tie up my money for that long, I do without it.

My form 1 for my SBR took EXACTLY 6 months and Nicki Dudash was my examiner.

News to me.

The ARF Secretary quoted me 9 months from pending on snail mail (back in Feb.). E-forms are around 4 months according to most reports.

The answer the ATF is giving currently is 12-15 months for form 4 and if you E-File they are saying 6 months. The REAL time line currently as of this past Friday is 9 months 2 weeks for paper file Form 4 and 90-100 days if you E-File your Form 4 using a Firearms Trust.
The rumors of 12-15 months is just not true.

The trust is 100% the way to go these days and I can HIGHLY suggest the right person to do your trust. More benefits to owning a trust then you can think of, not just NFA reasons. Firearms Industry Consulting Group, Joshua Prince, Attorney. Tell them you were referred by Ron at Full Tilt Firearms and BTW, we are using E-File for all of our customers that own a trust. E-File can only be used if you have a trust.
