D.C. man to be prosecuted for inoperable shell
Ok, so if this isn't utterly ridiculous, I don't know what is.
Share your thoughts on this BS with the class kiddies.

I'm not even going to bother to discuss how ridiculous this is. We all know it.
What can we do? Does anyone have an email address for the prosecutor on this case?

Re: D.C. man to be prosecuted for inoperable shell
I'm glad he's brave enough to fight it. Hopefully the jury is made up of reasonable people and not hoplophobes.
I also hope they use the Gregory footage and make the case that the police are unfairly targeting him.

Re: D.C. man to be prosecuted for inoperable shell
So a shotgun shell that misfired, and now essentially inert, is the basis for their case? Wow, this should have been thrown out, better yet, this law never written. I don't go to DC anymore. I used to like the museums, and some of the monuments, and restaurants in Georgetown, but no more.
I like Emily Miller!

Re: D.C. man to be prosecuted for inoperable shell
an neither did the guy with a single inoperable shotgun shell , but they need to make an example of someone , an by the way what exactly constitutes "intent to commit a crime" ? the only crime here was this guy having his house raided , an for what ? an empty shell ? C'MON THERE ARE REAL CRIMINALS OUT THERE GO AFTER THEM WITH AS MUCH FERVOR !

Is there such a thing as citizens arrest in DC? Gregory did commit a felony, just a thought.
