    Default CZ 83

I ran across this the other day and was intrigued. Seriously thinking of picking one up. Does this seem like a good price?

That is a great price. CZ has discontinued the 83 recently. They are the commercial version of the 82 which s chambered in 9MM Makarov. From what I hear they are accurate, and reliable. CZ makes great stuff.

Good price, great gun. I bought one new when I was in the military in Germany in 1990. I bought it through the on base rod and gun club and paid 247$ This thing was super accurate and held 13 rds. Small and light, completely reliable while I had it. Sold it a few years after returning to the states for 400$. Wish I had kept it. I think all the time about buying another when these deals come around but cant justify buying another caliber to feed.

I have a Bersa as my EDC but with it has seen a lot of use. I'm thinking of giving it some time off and this seems like it would be a good replacement. I like the double stack mag. The 12 +1 would be a nice upgrade from the Bersa's 7 +1.

If you do buy it make sure to let me know, I'm in for one too. I believe they do dscounts at 3 units.

Looks like $261 shipped and transferred.

That is a very good price, i paid $199.00 for my 82.

The 82/83 is very accurate and very ergonomic, every bit a CZ.
Makes for a very nice carry gun.

and simply rugged makes very nice leather holsters for it www.simplyrugged.com

    I would get it.

Looks like surplus cz75s are only $400. That's tempting as well....

I'll call them in the morning to confirm a discount. If so I'll make a group buy thread. They have 22 in stock but I wouldn't want to wait to long in case they run out.

Many of us have gotten to the point where we want a particular gun just because we don't have it
