Springfield XDs magazine availability?

So I have my sights set on a Springfield XDs .45ACP. However, I have looked all over online for spare mags and nobody has any in stock. I checked Brownells, Cheaper than Dirt, Bud's Gun Shop, etc, and absolutely nobody has any. Does anyone know what's up? Is this a shortage due to popularity or associated with the recall? Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

There must be a shortage because people are paying way over MSRP on Ebay.

Yes, my local shop has mags for the xd9, xd40, and the small XD but nothing for my xd45. He said he'd order a few so I can buy a couple.

I had to order mine direct from Springfield Armory.

Thanks guys, hopefully they start showing up. I would like to order a couple spares when I get the gun. I have a couple weeks yet till I have the money around.

The standard 5rd mags are very hard to find. I still only have the 2 that came with the pistol. The 7rd extended mags are pretty easy to come by.

I also recommend getting the Pierce pinky rest floor plates for the 5rd ones.
