CZ-52 (Work in Progress)

Here is my CZ52 that I scooped up from CigarMan last week.



Exterior Upgrades:
-Walnut Grips
-Extended Slide Release

Interior Upgrades:
-16.5lb Recoil spring

Pending Upgrades:
-Ghost ring Rear Sight (haven't decided if I am going to install this or not, mostly because I would have to file some pieces of the slide down (or, alternatively I guess I could file some of the ghost ring down). Altering the gun permanently is the last thing I want to do.
-Upgraded heavy duty firing pin assembly (Milled steel, ultra strong)
-Upgraded trigger spring/assembly (Reduces the pull length/weight down to 4.5lbs. The CZ trigger is HORRIBLE on these guns and this trigger pack is supposed to make it a dream to shoot)

So, as you can see, I have a lot of work to do. Just waiting on some parts

Mind sharing where you are getting the trigger and firing pin upgrade from?

Makarov.com (which is now out of business as of.. last Wednesday I think) I got the LAST kit.

I did a search and found this thread. It appears as though this place is still open. I just ordered one of these. They are pretty cheap and it's a nice caliber for the kids to shoot.
