There are various FFL finders on line, here is one. You type in your zip code and put in how many miles away you want to search and it will give you a list. Sometimes you might find someone doing it out of their basement for a decent fee. Selling guns that is

Are you in Delaware or Pennsylvania? You list Hockessin as your location. If you're in Delaware wouldn't you need to do the transfer in the state of Delaware?
Dick's a good guy, know him from my gun club. I had a 22 rifle transferred to him from an internet store. Definitely recommend.

I have done a few transfer through dick as well. Getting to him after work can be a pain with the traffic but he is great to deal with. His little "shop" is a unique experience as he has a lot of military history books and old wares. Always enjoy talking to him and would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Thanks guys! And yes, I am in DE. However, you can transfer long guns from PA to DE, just not pistols. There are only a few gun shops in DE and they all charge +$50 for the phone call.
