IDPA?
Looking into possibly joining.... im fairly new to shooting but really interested.a friend of mine is also a beginner but he joined and has been taking part in a few compeititons... just wondering if it would be worth it for a semi-beginner to join...
btw we shoot at south philly archery and guns.. let me know thanksSig p250 9mm

Yes. It's a lot of fun. If the clubs in your area are like mine (and I'd bet they are) they'll help you get started and give lots of advice. Don't worry about your "score" just focus on shooting safely, having fun, and once you get the hand of things, focus on beating your previous scores and getting better.
