Another Hellertown Diner OC dinner?

Greetings,

Due to almost zero response to the "National OC Day" scheduled for Oct 19th AND the current debacle with Starbucks; here's an idea. How about we try for another OC dinner at the Hellertown Diner on Saturday 10-19? We can patronize a locally owned business that supports and appreciates us while showing that it should be NORMAL to see law abiding civilians carrying guns in daily life. I'll cross post this to the Bucks, Lehigh and Northhampton sub groups as well.

BTW, one of our members (sorry, I forget whom) had a relationship with the diner owner and was able to make sure that such a gathering would be a good day/time/etc. with him. If this gets any traction, if they would be so kind to look into that? If not, I can take a ride up and ask on our behalf.

Im actually meeting with Bill on an unrelated matter on Sat afternoon. I'll ask him about it. When are we looking at this? I'm good for a Sat or Sun.

Well the scheduled national OC day was for Saturday, Oct 19th. It was just my idea that with no response locally to that, perhaps we could do another dinner at Hellertown Diner for our participation to the cause.

Sounds like a good idea. If no one minds a CC-er coming along, is it OK if I join you? I'd enjoy meeting you guys sometime. I'll check our calendar to see if we're doing anything that day.

OC, CC, all welcome. We like to support the diner owner who is a 2A advocate and OCs himself. Looks like it's probably a go for Sat Oct 19th. I'll merge all 4 threads together once we get confirmation.

Thanks Armor Snail! Keep me posted here and if you get a confirmation, I'll merge all 4 threads together so we can more easily organize things, get a head count, etc.. I posted the original in Our Regions, Bucks, Lehigh and Northampton.
