Utah Carry Class/Concealed Training

I am relatively new to Pittsburgh and would like to get my Utah Carry Permit (I already have my PA one) as well as get more concealed carry training. I looked up the F.I.R.E Institute but they do not have a 2014 schedule. Any suggestions on where to go?
