Picked up my ltcf today
I just wanted to say Hi to everyone. I have been reading the posts on this site for about 2 months now and finally registered. It is very informitive.
I went to the gun and tracking unit for Philadelphia today to check on the status of my license. I told the person there that I know they said 8 weeks, but that I was in the area and just wanted to check. She took my drivers license and disappeared for about 10 minutes, then called me in to sign for my ltcf. One day short of 6 weeks! Just goes to show that it doesn't hurt to ask questions. I look forward to being a member of this great organization.

Congratulations and welcome.
I've had my LTCF for only a week and I can't imagine not having it. I can't carry at work, but the last thing I do before punching in is lock my gun it the trunk safe, and as soon as I get back to the yard (I'm a truck driver) in the evening I get it out. I just leave the holster on all day.

Conrats, Got mine 6 months ago. Don't use it as much as my DE CCDW. That's used everyday since I got it 9 months ago. But it does come in handy going to the closest range to my house.

Congratulations! Now with Pa. Patriot, and friends I'm looking forward to the day when all one has to say in Pennsylvania is Article 1 Section 21, and/or 2nd Amendment for any type of carrying. Until then, the state treats a right as a privilege.
