Default Suppressor Laws/ Experience Monroe County PA.

Hey guys/gals. thought I'd ask if anyone has had any issues , experiences or insight in regards to Monroe county suppressor purchase laws and or experiences with the local Enforcement [Mr.Martin]

I am looking into purchasing my first Suppressor and doing my research , i know how over the top difficult things are when it comes to your giving rights to purchase and carry so curious any info would help.

I did my form 1 for my SBR with the Monroe Sheriff's office. They have a process and seem to prefer you already have an LTCF with the office. Drop off the forms, they ask for three references I believe. You provide name and address and they send out reference cards. A few weeks later, you will get notice your forms are signed. They were even kind enough to do my fingerprint cards for me while I was dropping off my forms.

You may not get your forms right away, but you should get them back signed after a few weeks.
