    Default P227 Equinox Acquired!!!!

It took a lot of effort and a 4 hour road trip to get one but I got a just released brand spanking new p227 equinox. I was told that this is the first one sold in Pa! I'm not going to review it becuase it is identical to the p226 and that has been reviewed ad nausem. I haven't shot it but i have a regular p227 in black and it shoots like a beast. The action is smooth as silk and the gun balance and feel is amazing. I only keep 3 semi's out of the safe at a time in a special case and i'm seriously thinking of putting this in there instead of my p226elite. I hope they come out with an all stainless version, i'll be adding that too!
*forgot to mention sig is releasing 14 round mags soon for this, fully aroused now!

Beautiful pistol! I see them for $925 on gunbroker - hopefully you did much better I've been looking at adding another SIG to the collection, just decinding on an older P6 or a 226 or 227 ???? Two gunshows coming up, we will see. Congrats!

if you are interested Trop in elizabethtown/harrisburg has one for $879 - $940 out the door. I drove from Pittsburgh as soon as I found they had them, I don't buy guns off of GB because I like to strip and inspect before buying. Anyways good luck man, you can't go wrong with any of those sigs you mentioned, I have 2 p227s now and it is quickly becoming my favorite shooter. Recoil is very manageable for .45acp and I the DA is smooth.

BCM and Glock...for a bigger pile of 'cold dead hands' brass.
