How do you attach targets to the uprights?

Staples. They have a backing material already on them, unless they changed.

last time I was there they had plastic backing.

Yes, I think they're plastic/vinyl.

just staple into them or bring pushpins. If you forget either you can usually scavange pushpins from surrounding targets or push the staples in with your fingers or multi-tool.

have fun shooting.....and come to a group shoot!!!! then you don't have to shoot 3 rounds at a time
