Millions of jobs outsourced and lost because international labor is so VERY much cheaper.

Government bailouts with my tax dollars to keep union pension deals intact at GM and Chrysler.

Are you ready for less pay or are you speaking for the "others"?

Don't blame unions for gov't bailouts.

I think need to talk guns again. What was this thread about?

Wages are based on the market. The only way he'll get a pay cut is if others like him are willing, and able to do the same job for less.

Why not? They helped get Obama, and other Dem candidates elected, then get rewarded with bailouts and sweetheart contracts from those politicians. It is pure payback, and it happens with public sector unions too ALSO using our tax dollars.

He won't get a pay cut, he'll just lose his job. Okay, that is a pay cut after all.

If they did, that was then this is now. Like I said it's not 1900 anymore.

Employers have these things to attract and retain the best employees. It's a very mobile society now and all unions do is corrupt the marketplace while skimming off of it. They are parasites that eat the host, as they did with the steel and coal industry in this state.

I did the Walmart in-store phone a couple of times. I kept hoping to luck into the key to the store-wide public-address system.

I think Walmart's business model is to under staff their stores. If you want better service, you're going to pay more, but yeah finding someone to open the ammo display can be frustrating. I usually go and find someone who then calls the appropriate person, not that I've bought ammo at a Walmart recently.
