Adams County Sheriffs Office won't do handgun transfers
They direct you to an FFL, which is correct, but they say they don't do transfers as a matter of policy.

Why did you start a second post of the same thing ???
http://forum.pafoa.org/pennsylvania-...-transfer.html

Re: Adams County Sheriffs Office won't do handgun transfers
First made the general comment, then thought I'd leave the info on the Adams County thread so people looking up the info could find it there. Hence, two posts.
FFLs can only transfer to people over 21. Sheriff's could do a transfer for a buyer between 18 and 21, but many won't as a matter of policy. The public has a need and the Sheriff chooses not to meet it. Is that not correct?
