Those that want to generate more fees for the judicial money making scheme they call law enforcement and the court system, ie big government.

These laws were most likely written to fine people who are the irresponsible "hunters" who drive around looking for deer, to get out shooting from the road or from their car.

All the legislative sessions are recorded to paper, which are all scanned for public use online, and can go look to see when the sections were codified and any since the whole discussion is available.

summary offense doesn't equate to grounds on a revocation of a LTCF unless done multiple times where the sheriff may feel an applicant may be a risk to the public.
Real smart. The kid didn't do it. If the dad admits to it to take the wrap, the the fact they are innocent goes out the window if things go bad.

I agree with a lot of this.

The PA Game Code (Title 34) is available online for anyone to read, and by buying a PA hunting license, you are voluntarily participating in a highly regulated activity that these laws apply to. As a hunter, it is your responsibility to know them.

If you don't agree with them, let your representatives know and work to get them changed.

Even though it would never happen, if the majority of hunters in this state sat out a season and didn't buy a license, it would bring the PGC to its knees.
