Default Ejecting issue with my sr9?

Bought a brand new Ruger sr9 yesterday and it failed to eject after the second round. Strangely when my friend used it there was no issue at all. He shot a full magazine and another guy shot full magazines but everytime I fired it..it kept failing. I fired my friends sr9 and it was fine no problem. My friend suggested it may be the recoil affecting the tight extractor spring? I was told it will loosen up overtime. So has anyone had this issue.

Limp wristing it more than likely, if not run a box or two and see if it loosens up a bit.

This has my vote. No problems with other shooters. Then it looks like operator error.
