Threats and a "Kill John Stossel" website are not a "special need" in NYC.

I really wish Stossel would be recruited as a plaintiff on a 2A lawsuit. His status as a nationally recognized reporter would probably make this a big national story, and put pressure on SCOTUS to take a case. He could also theoretically get through the Federal Courts quickly since Kachalsky is the 2nd Circuit precedent; the judges wouldn't need to spend much time on opinions, simply cite Kachalsky and send the case forward.
Wonder how Donald Trump feels about it?

He got a NYC CCW. Cause he's rich and all.

Probably none. They were the first to pull this crap, back in the early 1900s. And they've repeatedly gone to circuit appeals court, including recently. No that half of federal judges have "huessein" as their middle names, forget it.

We don't want most of these people. Wanting to carry a gun is not a litmus test. Many of them also want AWBs, mandatory waiting periods, mandatory registration, licensing for each gun, and they have a whole lot of problems with our schools and the way you live your life outside of guns as well. They are like locusts. Just like my people from Jersey.

Maybe if Stossel had a higher net worth he could get his CCW in NYC.

Be careful! Don't paint with too wide a brush or you might get tar on yourself! It might be a good idea to take NY expats as they come.
