Philadelphia Regional Port Authority
Sometime over the next week or so I have to visit the Admin building for TWIC application. Their site says they are a State agency.
Is it a "secure" building? Carry or no carry?

Re: Philadelphia Regional Port Authority
They have a guard who signs you in. No detectors. You probably can. I don't think it's needed.
That neighborhood is all industrial. Anybody you see there are all workers, too far for the lowlifes to walk to. During the day it's a safe as Phila gets. There is parking out front.
Did you do the on-line application first?

Sorry, it's changed. Before you could start the process on-line then finish at the center. You might be able to do a renew here; https://universalenroll.dhs.gov/#twic
