Re: another family seeking justice
according to what i read, justice has already had it's appetite whetted. i doubt that the aggressor in the cited story will make bond yet again. more likely he will do consecutive maximums in the grey bar motel.

Re: another family seeking justice
Translation: There's no gun pointed at him. He should have just left. So robber can continue to rob the store. And maybe execute any witness.
I don't know what to say... the stupidity...

I see nothing wrong with this method of waking a person of any age. At least the baby won't likely punch you when it wakes up in shock like this guy did:

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - The family of a suspected thief is lashing out after their son was shot during an armed robbery.
I'm looking at a map and I think I have shopped at this place several times. If it is the place I am thinking of, it is hugely sketchy. There are almost always a lot of people inside but the parking lot is nearly empty. Except for a few cars parked with people in them and no desire to shop it seems. Scary people.
They have a...I don't know, maybe a security guard out front? I wasn't sure if he worked there, was planning on robbing me, or was simply loitering.

“You should have just left the store and went wherever you had to go in your car or whatever.”
What the hell ever happened to "OMG, I am so sorry that my son did this"?

Plus for the good samaritan.
Whole familiy of the robber should join him in jail from their comments.Μολὼν λαβέ
Don't pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he'll just kill you.

Re: another family seeking justice
The only mistake the good Samaritan made was not finishing the Job...
The family comments are typical of the Robbery, looting, Thug Criminal type.
The family that commits Crime together stays together!!Aggies Coach Really ??? Take off the tin foil bro.
