Default Dealers that efile their paperwork around Philadelphia area

Does anybody know which class 3 dealers efile their paperwork around Philadelphia area? I might be looking for a new shop to do business with since my current shop of choice refuses to efile paperwork, especially now that reports have been coming in of efiled form 4s being approved in 3 month.

I'm also interested in this. I've seen the images of approved eform 1's submitted in early August and would definitely use a dealer that utilizes eforms over paper. I know that as of about early October Classic Pistol was only doing paper forms. I have something incoming on a form 3 to Clayton's so I should be finding out their policy on e-forms shortly.

A few more purchases in mind and would gladly go out of my way to do that business w/ an SOT that's taking advantage of electronic form 4 submission.

Here's a huge thread on arfcom with multiple people getting their efiled form 4s back after 3 month.

Do you need a dealer to e-file a form? Or can anybody do it?

It has to be the dealer since it's tied to their inventory.

Not 100% true. An individual who is filing with a trust or LLC can file some things themselves. For example I have efiled a form 1 to sbr a lower for myself already and I am not a dealer. But pertaining to the OP's original question you are correct. Only the dealer that you purchased a transferable item through can file the eform.

    What about private sales?

    1. an individual is the seller, and an LLC is the buyer, I assume the LLC can efile the Form 4 as the buyer?
    2. What about vice-versa?
    3. What if buyer and seller are both non-licensed LLCs?

Keep in mind the efile Form 1 or 4 will not have a real stamp and approval signature stamp. There are lawyers looking into this issue and the legality of not having a real or original Form.
