OC encounter tonight

While out at a Christmas party given by a local restaurant, we were browsing at some vendor tables set up in the side area of the rest. A women and her daughter were selling some jewelry.
I had on a silly red hat and a classic car shirt with Santa driving a GTO. My wife referred to it as my Clark Griswold outfit.
The women says "thanks for what you are wearing" and I look at her wondering what she is thinking.
Forgot I had my M&P on as well.
Good encounter as she also carried.

The only time I ever got noticed by someone was at an outdoor Halloween event.

A friend came beside me and said "what are you carrying?"

"Uh, I'm holding my son's hand."

"No, what are you carrying?

"Uh, nothing."

"Nevermind."

*Several seconds pass*

"Oh now I get it."

OK, were you cc or oc? I just saw this. Nothing like being outed in a public way.
Last month I was walking into the Dollar Tree and a guy on a M/C told me he liked how I was dressed with style. He was referring to my O/Cing my M&P .

Dollar stores dont seem to have a problem with o/c,visit several in our county.Recently o/ced at bagel store in Mt Pocono,a regular for Regional Police even Mario Scavello was in there I was observed but not even a whisper,I think they are finally getting it at least in N E PA. I O/C'd in our dollar store every time I go there. The cashiers have asked me about carrying, and what gun I carry. etc.. It is very non confrontational, so it just gets easier.
