I am thinking of selling my MP15-22 with MOE stock/ grip/ signs (purchased later on), and 3 or 4 magazine. I just want to sell it to local so every thing will be easy.

If you mean "here" as in this section of PAFOA, then no you can't. You can sell it in the classifieds section and you can tell the locals in this section to check the classifieds but don't give anything more than a "Hey, I'm selling a XYZ, check the classifieds for more info". I think that would be ok to do.

You must be trolling. A transferrable (Pre-1986) MP5 SD goes for somewhere in the range of 35k and requires two NFA tax stamps. I'd say you'd be adding a lot more cash.
