A lot closer than I thought it was going to be, I guess we'll just see how it develops. 55% in though.

Everything else seemed to be already a sure thing, this was the big pro-gun reason to turn out.

Not sure where they are pulling their data, but the PA Dept of State results are the opposite - http://www.electionreturns.state.pa....=0&IsSpecial=0

Wow, I don't know how they are so different from each other. Looks like one hell of a close race considering how everything else was landslide a landslide for the dems.

Unhappy Re: Election Results Superior Court - Judge

Interesting to follow. Apparently McAullife won VA's governor race, or at least that's what the numbers seem to be saying tonight from what I've heard online. Can't say I'm terribly surprised, and I know that not everyone votes with gun rights in mind or preserving the 2nd Amendment. Just seems to me that with so many gun owners across the country, you'd think some of these races would be sure upsets for the anti-gunners out there.

I don't want to begin insinuating or name-calling, but it seems to me that many of the conservative votes I'd expect to see just never come about. Not sure if it's an inside job (can't say I really trust any political mechanism at this point) or simply a lax attitude on the part of 2A supporters to not be more vocal and present on the issues. Just frustrating, that's all. Hoping for the best, one way or another.

    McVay - 46.62%

Gantman and Panella at over 69%

DelCo breaking republican this year, except for a couple incumbents.

Hope for the best in PA races. Sorry day in VA though. Not a surprise, just a sorry day. The Dem's all have a lot of presence in North VA outside DC. Those in Fairfax Co outnumber a good part of the rural counties in the South West part of the state. This is quickly becoming known as "Big City Syndrome", where a heavily populated city can turn a state where a major part of the states counties go the other way, but the big city over rules. The cities of PA cover a small portion of the landmass, but control the vote of the rest of the state due to the heavy concentration of populace in the cities. If we gave Philadelphia to New Jersey, PA would be heavy in the conservative column. This state too will go democrat soon enough. The population of the cities grows much faster than in the outlying counties.

Washington county was close with McVay 51.5 to Stabile 48.3. Also in WashCo., my buddy wrote me in for Sheriff at the end of the day and I picked up almost 1%.

Kinda would have been an interesting gig.

Oddly enough, NRA headquarters and the National Firearms Museum sit in Fairfax.

And yes, I wish we could give philadelphia to new jersey and so.cal back to Mexico. That would be awesome.

Republicans down the board in Bucks County. Now if we can get those results in the big year elections.
