Chicken Wings
I will be participating in the St. Anthony of Padua Christmas Bazaar this coming Saturday from 8am to 3pm in the school's cafeteria. I will be serving Buffalo, Garlic/Parm, Honey Mustard and Teriyaki Wings. All the sauces are home made, and the wings freshly butchered. No wing will taken from a freezer and into the fryer, all of them will be crispy outside and juicy inside.
Please stop out and give them a try.

Garlic Parm
Honey Mustard
My own bottled buffalo sauce. Made with fermented hot peppers, roasted garlic and red onion.
No pictures of the other flavors.Last edited by streaker69; November 5th, 2013 at 04:04 PM.

Re: Chicken Wings
I would rather order chicken wings than steak in most restaurants. Love this thread. If I didn't live so far north I'd come down for sure.

Re: Chicken Wings
Dang they look good!!! I too love wings.. all flavors. I am not a "wings for appetizer" type person, when I eat wings I like having them for THE meal. Add a few beers into the equation and I am in heaven.
Streak.... I really think you missed your calling as a restaurateur.

Re: Chicken Wings
Thanks for the compliments guys. This will be the first time I'm serving these to anyone outside the family, so hopefully everyone likes them. I'm serving them in small enough portions that you should be able to try the different flavors without getting full.
