    Default Pistol cases

I am looking to get some pistol cases and wanted some suggestions or pics of your setup. Currently I keep them in their original case just in case I sale or trade them. I have about 10 that I put on my never to sale list and would like to put them in a nice case with all their accessories like a pelican or skb case. Any suggestions would be great, I would like them to have customizable foam systems. Thanks

What is the purpose of the case?
    Display?
    Long term storage?
    Transport to and from range?

I think if we better understood your goal, we could better help as there are so many possibilities.

Making a custom case like this would be a cool option...

But like said in the above post, what are you specifically looking to do?

Pelican makes a great case and they also sell the foam inserts if you have an existing case but want to use the customizable foam. I have an Outers case that I replaced the foam in owing to dry rot.

I run out of room in the OEM cases for accessories and all the extra mags and I was looking for nice storage options. I'm not into display cases yet as most of my guns are stored in different safes. Once I finish my panic room I might look into that. For now I was looking more for the pelican case style setup. I couldn't wait, so I just bought a brand new pelican 1520:

I was looking to see how many I could fit in one case:

I could only fit 3 fullsizes and 8 mag slots, took me 2 hours:

I just put an order in for 10 more cases, 2 desert tan fde, 1 orange, 2 OD green, 1 yellow, 1 silver and 3 black. I have to go vacuum, i made a mess with the foam.

Not mine, but I like the idea of a rail on the side

I've come across these in the past year or so and find them quite handy and useful. Portable, lockable but certainly not waterproof or theft proof.. Nothing beats a big 'spensive heavy safe bolted solidly to the ground but I have found wonderful use and utility with these. If you have kids..lock em..otherwise I really really like em.
