A loophole term used by a leftist talking about firearms could only be defined as a legislated black letter law that allows firearm ownership in one form or another and therefore, a law that the leftists don't like. Just part of their arsenal of misleading rhetoric.

You bring up a good point. The dope doing the talking in this report is making a good case for the ATF to perhaps investigate him for dealing without a license. Of course, the report could be staged, and the idiot in front of the camera is not what he claims. One thing for a sure is that a real gun person would not appear on a bias and misleading report such as what was orchastrated by that station. Even the state trooper was not forthcoming in advising the station stooge that if one sells a firearm without the check of an FFL, that seller could be liable in a civil court if the firearm is sold to an ineligible buyer.

Kaitlin is going to go get reactions from community leaders. Might that be the local head of Ceasefire or some other extremist anti firearm organization? Community leaders, wasn't Obamao a community leader or some equality socialist in nature position. How about going to the local militia and ask them what they think about violating second amendment rights.
Corruption is the default behavior of government officials. JPC

Junk story just to keep the anti gun movement going. In the reading eagle a few weeks back they had the story on the trials for the scumbags that gave guns to Kyle Pagerly's killer. Both trials were miss trials because people on the jury figured out the guns were used to kill a cop. What better an example of why the straw man laws were written. But then you can't put them on trial!!! Because they are guilty and someone died because they broke the law. But we need more laws. Bull.

They should do an expose on the guns that killed Brian Terry.
There's no such thing as a free lunch.

You must of forgot, It wasn't a republican controlled cluster fuck but an honest mistake by brainwash'em holder & the leftist gang. Obama gave him a free pass REMEMBER? There was no collusion to destroy the Second Amendment & bring in gun control on the dead bodies of Americans. "Nothing to see Here! Move it Along!"
