Lol, I've heard of a few cases of bot flies. Always thought they were pretty nasty. I saw one story where the lady said she was in her quiet home reading a book and she heard "crunch crunch" and it was the bot fly feeding on her. Pretty disgusting.

That's odd. I thought maggots only ate dead flesh. I know they use them on burn victims since they only eat the dead skin, and leave the new skin alone.
