has very light and very minor scratching from normal use, it plays 100% prefect. Includes everything you would get with it new including the 48 hour xbox live gold trial(still good never used)

More then willing to trade for 9MM luger ammo. FMJ or JHP it doesn't matter, or mags for my Tanfoglio TA-90 (CZ-75 clone) or gun acessories.
NOTE---BY MINOR SCRATCHING, I MEANT NORMAL SCUFFS FROM PLACING THE DISC INTO TRAY FOR THE XBOX AND WHEN PUTTING THE GAME BACK IN THE CASE!!!
