Default Custom designed 1911 grips - who would you suggest

Citadel Officers Model, if it maters.

I would like to get some grips for my 1911 - I'd like to get my family crest, or my Unit crest.

Color would be great, but even engraved wood or aluminum would be sharp. There are a huge selection of websites out there, and I'd like some knowledgeable advice.

I bought a set of nice P238 grips from these guys:
    http://www.rhynotek.com/default.asp

From this, I gather they will custom make you something:
We also welcome your input, especially of the patterns of our grips. Please email us your favorite patterns to support@rhynotek.com. Whoever sends a pattern that we adopt will receive a free set of the grips, AND we can even name the pattern after your name.
I not, it never hurts to ask if they will do a custom one-off for you.

She may be able to do some custom work.
